R1Tube Content Publishing Terms

These terms apply to every YouTube video linked/embedded on R1Tube and every video uploaded directly to R1Tube. Version: r1tube_content_publishing_terms_v1

Your confirmation when publishing

I confirm that I own this content or have permission to publish it and that it complies with R1Tube’s Terms and Conditions, Community Standards, copyright rules and applicable laws. I understand that violations may result in content removal and temporary restrictions or permanent closure of my channel, wallet access and connected R1Tube accounts.

This confirmation must be ticked before any content can be published, whether it is a YouTube link or a direct upload.

Content rules

You must not upload, embed or publish:

Illegal content
Sexually inappropriate or exploitative content
Violence or dangerous content
Hate speech, harassment or abuse
Fraudulent, deceptive or misleading content
Copyrighted content without permission
Scams or impersonation
Spam or manipulated engagement
Content promoting illegal goods or activities
Any other content prohibited by R1Tube’s Terms, Community Standards or applicable laws

Users remain responsible for content linked or embedded from YouTube. The availability of a video on YouTube does not automatically give the user permission to republish or monetise it through R1Tube.

Enforcement terms

R1Tube may investigate reported or detected content and remove, limit or restrict content that violates its Terms and Conditions, Community Standards, copyright rules or applicable laws.

Depending on the seriousness, frequency and nature of a violation, R1Tube may:

Remove or restrict the content
Remove monetisation or reward eligibility
Issue a warning or violation strike
Temporarily suspend uploading or publishing access
Restrict the user’s channel
Temporarily restrict wallet access during a security, fraud or compliance investigation
Suspend or permanently close the channel and connected R1Tube accounts for serious or repeated violations

R1Tube may act immediately in cases involving suspected fraud, illegal activity, child-safety risks, serious harm, security threats or legal obligations.

Wallet balances must not be automatically confiscated because of a content report. Any wallet restriction, refund, withdrawal or balance decision must follow the applicable wallet terms, legal obligations and compliance-review process.

Reported or detected content is reviewed by R1Tube moderation. Reporting a video does not automatically close or restrict any account.
